'I have been drawing horses since...always! All my work is based around horses and their universe'
Emmanuelle Bressan (1981) has been involved in visual arts and classical riding since her early youth and has devoted herself to rallying her two passions. The fascination with the balance of forms, lights, and textures is what feeds her, and she expresses it in an amalgam and a mixture of techniques. Her approach is poetic, drawing its essence from the dream, the hope and the determination of the rider, but especially from the splendor and scale of the animal.
Additionally from painting, she spends a lot of her time producing top-level dressage horses and has recently co-founded Shanah Equestrian, where she sells eco-friendly and charitable clothing and accessories derived from her artwork.
